Credit Application

It is our corporate policy to require a completed prospective customer credit application from all new customers (OR customers who have not placed an order in the past 12 months) and to ship all first and possibly subsequent orders via COD terms until an open account is established. Open credit is not offered for companies in business less than 3 (three) years. Terms are not available for companies outside the USA or Canada.
