Strip and Replating Service
Strip and Replating service is available for all products manufactured in steel or aluminum. Wheel cores can be returned to DIANAMIC for stripping and recoating with Virgin Diamond –Natural or Synthetic, or cBN.
The cost of replating a Single Layer Superabrasive product is considerably less than the original cost. Savings range anywhere from 20% to 50%, depending on the type of Superabrasive, mesh or micron size, and the size of the wheel in comparison to purchasing a new wheel.
Remachine and Replating Service
If a core is damaged, we will contact you with an estimate to rework the core, prior to any further work being done. In the case of a damaged core which is unusable, it will be returned to you for final disposition.
