At DIANAMIC®, we leverage over 200 years of combined manufacturing and management expertise to deliver consistently exceptional superabrasive products. Since our modest founding in a 300-square-foot shop, we have expanded into an 11,500-square-foot facility located in Troy, Michigan. Our mission is to ensure every product delivers the stable, predictable performance our customers depend on.
Dedicated Tank Electroplating for Every Product:
Unlike standard manufacturers who rely on batch plating, our process utilizes dedicated tanks for every product. By pairing each item with its own constant-current rectifier, we apply the exact amperage required for its specific surface area. This individualized approach ensures a superior, consistent finish that high-volume batch tanks simply cannot match.
Zero Reclaimed Material. 100% Performance:
Reclaimed superabrasives are structurally compromised by previous fracturing, making their performance unpredictable. By sourcing only new materials, we provide a level of reliability and tool life that reclaimed substitutes cannot match.
No Cross-Contamination by Abrasive Type or Mesh Size:
Precision starts with purity. Unlike standard processes, our dedicated tank system ensures that diamond and cBN never mix. By isolating each mesh size in its own controlled environment, we guarantee that your grinding tool is plated with 100% of the requested superabrasive, delivering consistent performance and a superior finish.
Electroplating Across Multiple Core Materials:
While most manufacturers are limited in their material compatibility, DIANAMIC® possesses the advanced technology to electroplate Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Aluminum Bronze, and Bronze. This versatile capability ensures we can provide high-performance solutions across a broader range of base core materials than the industry standard.
High-Magnification, Individual Wheel Inspection:
Accuracy at every scale. At DIANAMIC®, no product leaves our facility without a comprehensive individual inspection. By utilizing high-power magnification, we certify that even the tightest tolerances are met with absolute certainty. When required, we use specialized optical comparators at 10x to 50x magnification.
Experienced, Cross-Trained Superabrasive Manufacturing Team:
Our production is led by a core team boasting an average of 20+ years of specialized experience in superabrasive manufacturing. Every team member is comprehensively cross-trained in every stage of the single-layer plating process, ensuring that veteran expertise is embedded into every tool we produce.

Our company is committed to delivering high-quality products through controlled, documented, and traceable manufacturing and inspection processes. Our strategic direction is to maintain our reputation as a trusted provider of precision-manufactured single-layer diamond and cBN superabrasive products by consistently meeting customer, statutory, regulatory, and applicable internal requirements.
We achieve this through the effective implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System, including inspection of incoming work, permanent product traceability, documented operating procedure, secure record retention, controlled manufacturing and coating parameters, and final inspection prior to shipment. All inspection tooling and optical comparators are maintained and traceable to national standards.

Friends of Mount Sinai Monestry
Friends of Mount Sinai Monastery (FMSM) is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to supporting the work of St Catherine’s Monastery in Sinai, Egypt. St. Catherine’s is the world’s oldest continuously-functioning monastery, whose inspiring tradition has become an acclaimed symbol of global peace.
Due to the humanitarian crises of the wider region, and the depressed Greek economy, funds are needed at St. Catherine’s Monastery for medical care, operating expenses, maintenance of the massive Monastery structures and spiritual treasures, and in short, for keeping the holy tradition of the ancient Greek Orthodox Monastery alive and accessible to visitors.
